The answer to this question is dependent on what you want to see and do. For instance, if it’s important to you to view the calving season of the wildebeest then we would suggest you visit the Southern area of Tanzania in February to have the best chance of viewing this. Remember, no particular sight can be guaranteed since we are dealing with nature and it has its own rhythm and timing. Then again you may be an avid bird watcher and the time for you to have the best opportunity to see a large variety of species differs from season to season depending on what country you choose. Or perhaps weather plays a big role in your decision making. Although climate patterns are changing even in Africa, we can advise on what has typically been the warmest or coolest months as well as the customary wet and dry seasons for each country. And, of course, your best values are often found in the so-called “off seasons” which differ from country to country as well. So please, contact us to let us know your dates of availability and preferences and we will be more than happy to discuss your options and design just the right trip for you. |
