A non-refundable deposit
will be required at the time of your initial booking. The amount of
this deposit varies depending on which ground operator we use which is
determined by what area of Africa you chose to explore. Usually this
deposit is around 20% - 30% of your total trip cost. Again, depending
on ground operator used, final payment is usually due no later than 8
weeks prior to your departure. Further cancellation penalties apply
if you cancel after additional payments are received. If you cancel
close to the departure date of your trip you may lose the entire cost
of your trip. Therefore, it is mandatory that you take out comprehensive
Trip Cancellation Insurance:
It is part of our terms
and conditions of booking your trip that you agree to supply One With Africa with proof of full insurance coverage that includes, but is not
limited to, the following:
- Full cancellation and curtailment of the safari
- Sufficient medical coverage to allow for full emergency evacuation
- Coverage for damage, theft and loss of baggage, money and goods.
- Coverage for high altitude trekking if you plan
to do any serious mountain climbing.
- Coverage for scuba diving if you plan to include this in your travels.
We recommend AIG
Travel Guard Insurance so please
let us know if we can help in this regard. If you procure this on your
own we will need the travel insurance company name, policy number and
type of coverage.

with regard to, but not limited to, any of the above mentioned eventualities.

for any emergency services they may require and may find themselves in
a position unable to access such services should they not be carrying
the relevant insurance coverage.
