Ol Pejeta Bush Camp is a traditional, yet extremely comfortable, bush camp located in Ol Pejeta Conservancy situated between the Aberdares and Mount Kenya. A wildlife conservancy of just under 100,000 acres, Ol Pejeta Conservancy’s varied terrain includes two rivers, thick bush, acacia valleys and open plains. A major black rhino and chimpanzeee conservation program call Ol Pejeta Conservancy home as does a huge variety of plains game and predators, including lion, cheetah, leopard, elephant, buffalo, oryx and the rare Grevy’s zebra and Jackson’s hartebeest. There are no permanent structures at Ol Pejeta Bush Camp and it is designed to make the camp’s environmental impact as low as possible. Each of the six tents is furnished with twin or double beds (with duvets and blankets), re-chargeable solar lights, en-suite flush loos, washstands and safari bucket showers (of any preferred temperature at any time of day). The camp can be booked exclusively for a family or group of 4 or more at an additional supplement per night.
